• Annual free seminar places to be used during the year's seminar programme. Number of free places depends on category and level of membership - see membership categories/levels.

• Delegates attending the conference and seminars receive Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates – many members pay the annual BRHG membership subscription under their training budget.

• 'Free' subscription to ‘BRE Connect Online’, which is a subscription scheme from IHS BRE Press offering online access to over 1,500 BRE titles via the Construction Information Service - a fully searchable and intelligently classified source of information.

• On initial membership, a 'free' copy of the BRHG training video ‘How Homes Work’, which explains basic housing maintenance problems for non-technical staff who are in contact with tenants.

• Access to the A-Z of helpline topics through the 'members only' section.  By drawing on members' practical experience we are able to include within some of the topic information, specifications, standards and presentation notes kindly offered by member organisations to share with other members. 

• Access to the Helpline Discussion Forum through the ‘members only’ section. From within this section members can directly post their own questions/queries and reply to those posted by other members.
