Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December, with initial membership being calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis for each category.

Membership Categories, Levels, Number of free Seminar places and Annual Subscription Fees  -  wef  1 January 2008

There are three categories of membership; Full, Affiliated and Special, with various levels within those categories. The category and level of membership depicts your membership subscription fee and number of annual free seminar places.
  Full Membership:
There are five levels of full membership, H1-H5, determined by the number of dwellings owned/managed. Membership is open to social housing providers within the UK.

over 20,000 dwellings 14 = £2,802 + VAT

  H2 between 10,000 and 20,000 dwellings 12 = £2,098 + VAT
H3 between 2,000 and 10,000 dwellings 10
= £1,410 + VAT

  between 1,000 and 2,000 dwellings = £  973 + VAT
= £  639 + VAT
H5 less than 1,000 dwellings   5
   
Affiliated Membership:
There are four levels of affiliated membership, A1-A4, determined by the number of employees. Membership is open to organisations in the commercial sector with housing-related interest, who can take advantage of discount rates for exhibiting at BRHG seminars and other benefits.

    A1 over 20 employees 14 = £2,802 + VAT
  A2 between 10 and 20 employees 10 = £1,410 + VAT
  A3 between 3 and 9 employees   8 = £  973 + VAT
  A4 less than 3 employees   5 = £  639 + VAT
 
Special Membership:
There are two levels of special membership, S1-S2, determined by the option for free seminar places. Membership is open to non-profit-making ‘umbrella’ organisations with housing-related interests, who are offered similar benefits to full members.

  S1 5 free seminar places plus discounted exhibiton fees   5 = £  639 + VAT
  S2 No free seminar places but discounted exhibition fees  Nil = £  333 + VAT
